Reviewed by the board of trustees. During the november board meeting, draft copies are distributed to each board member for review. Upon completion of the review, a vote is then called to accept/adjust/reject the form 990 as presented.

During the may board meeting, the conflict of interest policy is distributed to each member. Discussion ensues and members sign off that they have read, understand, and adhere to the published conflict of interest policy.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

Ehs realty holdings, inc. Employees are compensated through ehs foundation of massachusetts, inc. Ehf of massachusetts, inc. Hires an outside consulting firm to present to the board of trustees their recommendation regarding the headmasters compensation package. The consulting firm analyzes and compares other educational institutions of equivalent size in determining the level of recommended compensation. This analysis has been completed each year in which the headmasters contract is up for renewal. The board of trustees either accepts, rejects, or modifies the recommendation. Top management compensation is accomplished in a similar manner however less frequently with an annual predetermined percentage for increases.

The company accounts for uncertainty in income taxes in accordance with asc topic income taxes. This standard clarifies the accounting for uncertainty in tax positions and prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement regarding a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. The company has determined that there are no uncertain tax positions which qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the combined financial statements at june 30, 2015.
