“A copy of the 990 is first reviewed by our Executive Vice President and Director of Operations. A copy of the Form 990 is then reviewed and approved by the President. Upon the President's approval, it is forwarded to the Audit and Finance Committee, or an approved representative of the Audit and Finance Committee, to review the Form 990.”
