MAJOR INITIATIVES INCLUDED THE LAUNCH OF THE 2019-2022 FUNDING CYCLE ANNOUNCED ON APRIL 23, 2019 OF PROGRAMMATIC GRANT OFFERS TO 19 AGENCIES DELIVERING 35 PROGRAMS ACROSS BERKELEY, CHARLESTON, AND DORCHESTER COUNTIES.
