Uncw Student Aid Association Inc.

To aid, foster, and promote the education of student athletes by obtaining donations for the scholarship program at the university of north carolina at wilmington (the "university"). The association also raises funds for the improvement and construction of facilities used by the university for athletic purposes, for the university's athletic scholarship endowment fund, and to provide operational and supplementary support for the entire sport program. In addition, the association exists to encourage a fraternal spirit of loyalty and interest in the university by alumni, friends, and benefactors. The university is the association's sole beneficiary.
