“Form 990, part vi, section b, line 15a executive compensation process there was no review or adjustment to board-approved executive compensation during fiscal year 2021-2022. All changes to the compensation of the president require board review and approval. The last board-approved review was initiated in fiscal year 2018-2019. That review was conducted during 2019 and a new executive compensation proposal was ultimately concluded and approved by the independent members of the board of directors in december 2019. The methodology used by conflict dynamics for executive compensation reviews and proposals includes a comparison based on data pertaining to compensation for comparable positions at similarly situated organizations, and an 'internal' comparison using compensation of other members of the organization. This process includes but is not limited to review of: (i) third-party/independent survey of not-for-profit organization salaries for massachusetts and for the united states in general compiled by economic research institute; (ii) annual filings of comparable not-for-profit organizations of similar size, mission and geographical location using comparability date. (iii) united states government senior executive salary scales; (iv) united nations professional and management salary scales; (v) united states government bureau of labor statistics cost of living/cpi calculator. The data sources and citations for each sources are included in the compensation review document. The decisions of the independent members of the board of directors regarding executive compensation are captured through their signature of the executive compensation proposal. The last board-approved change in executive compensation was authorized/approved in december 2019. Form 990, part vi, section b, line 15b describe the compensation for other officers other than the president of the organization, no officer(s) receive compensation.”
