Any questions and/or comments are discussed between the board members and any questions are sent to the president of the organization for resolution. Once all question/issues are satisfactory resolved, and the board members give their consent, the form 990 is filed.”
“The organization regularly and consistently monitors and enforces compliance with the policy by requiring all directors and officers to sign a conflict of interest and disclosure form on a regular basis, and to affirmatively disclose potential conflicts as they arise. During fy 2017 2018 the organization further updated and strengthed its anti-fraud policies.”

“Other program services 4: strengthening humanitarian capacity (program class p04): conducted activities to strengthen the capacity of national and international humanitarian organizations and conflict-affected communities to improve humanitarian assistance and protection. This included improving the capacity to engage in humanitarian negotiations for the purpose of achieving better humanitarian outcomes.this work consisted of consultations and outreach activities.
