An independent compensation consultant conducts an executive salary survey on an annual basis, with the results of the survey being considered by the board of directors for determination of the ceo's compensation. Compensation for other officers are also determined based on executive pay studies and an executive salary survey conducted by a leading consulting firm that are conducted annually. Compensation for other key employees and executives are determined based on executive pay studies conducted by outside consultants bi-annually.”

IN ITS FIRST YEAR OF OPERATION, THE PROJECT IS GOALED TO INCREASE ACCESS TO EDUCATIONAL, TRAINING AND VOCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR 100 UNEMPLOYED OR UNDEREMPLOYED VETERANS WITH DISABILITIES.OTHER REHABILITATION AND EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMSTHE SERVICESOURCE NORTH CAROLINA REGIONAL OFFICE PROVIDES A VARIETY OF EMPLOYMENT AND REHABILITATION SERVICES IN ADDITION TO DIRECT EMPLOYMENT, INCLUDING VOCATIONAL EVALUATION, WORK ADJUSTMENT TRAINING, JOB COACHING, SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT AND HOUSING SERVICES.
