Fasb asc 740 provides guidance for how uncertain tax positions should be reconized, measured, presented and disclosed in the financial statements. Fasb asc 740 requires the evaluation of tax positions taken or expected to be taken in the course of preparing financial statements to determine whether the tax positions are "more-likely-than-not" to be sustained by the applicable tax authority. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the rowan partnership and has concluded that, as of june 30, 2024, there are no uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition or disclosure in the financial statements.”
