Palmer prevention inc. Mission is to prevent, delay, and reduce substance abuse in all youth and parents in robeson county. Providing community awareness, prevention, educational and out patient treatment programs, referrals for residential and follow up relapse prevention programs.

Palmer prevention, inc. Provided "keep my child drug free" programs which served 115 teenagers and their parents with 20 hours of intervention services with a 92% success rate measure by post test program and urine screening for three months. Palmer prevention served 47 adults with outpatient treatment and 22 residential treatment along with 24 out patient clients. Palmer prevention provided residence with four community events raising awareness and provided an alocohol and drug free safe zones.
