Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

“The company adopted the standards on uncertainty in income taxes asc 740, in january 2009. The adoption of these standards did not have any impact on the companys financial statements, as the company did not have any significant unrecognized tax benefits during the year ended december 31, 2013. There was no cumulative effect adjustment to retained earnings on adoption. The alliance is a not-for-profit 501(c)(6) organization, which is not subject to income tax.”
