The operations of the apartment community are managed by Multifamily Select, Inc. (MSI). MSI is a professional property management company. MSI has a project owner's and management agent's certification for multifamily housing projects with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Under this certification, HUD has approved MSI to manage the apartment community.
