Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12C

Nwcdc has a written conflict of interest policy and procedure manual that has been approved by the board of directors. This policy is reviewed during the board orientation process. A board disclosure statement is required to be completed annually in which board members disclose if that have any relationships with nwcdc vendors, contractors, and/or service providers. All conflicts are recorded and shared with the board.
