The board contracted with capital realty group, inc. To manage the rental property through a management contract agreement. The management company reports to the board on a monthly basis.

The draft form 990 is initially provided to the managing agent for review and comments. Once reviewed and comments addressed,copy of the draft form 990 is provided to the board through the board chair for review comments and approval for submission to the irs.

The tenant security deposit account was established according to hud regulations for safekeeping of the tenant's initial rental deposits. Additions to this account occur when a tenant moves in and as interest accrues. Disbursement of these funds can only be made when a tenant vacates the apartment.
