Brahma Vihara Foundation

The brahma vihara foundation is organized as a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to offering the teachings of the buddha for those interested in learning and maintaining the practices of insight meditation and the brahma viharas according to the traditions of buddhism. It will provide educational programs and sponsor events that promote that purpose. The events and educational programs may include, but are not limited to: meditation retreats, classes, travel, and publishing materials in digital, magnetic and print formats. This organization is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, or scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 (or corresponding provision of any future united states federal income tax code).
