To fulfill a critical need for survivors of stroke and brain trauma which is otherwise not available in the dc metro area. Many deficits experienced after suffering brain trauma take years to overcome; most 3rd party reimbursements fall short of what is required. Scc's mission is to fill that gap and provide the services necessary for them to live successfully with their disability without regard for their ability to pay.
