“The foundation has significant artifacts from the civil war era that are on display and for scholarly use in a museum setting. They include a civil war cannon and caisson, artifacts and books from the civil war era.”

PART X, LINE 2:

“The organization has adopted the provisions of fasb asc 740-10-25 (formerly fasb interpretation (fin) no. 48, accounting for uncertainty in income taxes). The implementation of these provisions had no impact on the organization's financial statements. The organization does not believe there are any uncertain tax positions and accordingly, no amounts have been recorded in the financial statements.”
