The organization began providing humanitarian aid to individuals inside of ukraine.

Schedule F, Part I, Line 3A

During the year ended june 30, 2022, christian educators outreach (ceo) provided funding and other support for the following ministries in eastern europe. The funds distributed for the following are managed and distributed with the executive director's oversight. Croatia in zagreb, endeavors included supporting church leadership, outreach to young people through local church youth meetings, national camp and conference leadership, and a youth camping outreach ministry. Development work continues in a bible college for roma culture leaders. Additional ministry development of a roma women's ministry. In darda, outreach included local church ministries that serve as the base of support for the roma people group in the balkans. This support includes grants for education, for children to attend summer camps, wood to heat homes, and food for the hungry. Financial aid and mentoring is provided to the leaders of the local church who oversee these activities. Translation of the new testament in to several roma dialects is also being developed. In osijek, ceo provided leadership support to the evangelical theological seminary through engagement on its board of directors and providing faculty. Five ceo ministry partners were involved in classroom teaching and a ceo partner provides day to day oversight of the seminary. The organization continues to provide significant leadership support to iskus, a ministry that is under development to serve in outreach to the student population of the state university in osijek. In dakovo, ceo provided financial support for the local church leadership. These leaders function in various roles in national conferences and camp ministries. These activities provide spiritual support and mentoring to young people and families. In orahovica, ceo provided key leadership to the functioning of a camp ministry that reaches nationwide to train young people and families. Hungary in vac, ceo provided financial support for spiritual direction, mentoring and sports ministry through a local high school, an english club and a baseball team. Ceo leaders provided english instruction through private lessons and formal high school education. Baseball instruction was also provided to several elementary schools as a physical education supplementary activity. In budapest, ceo mentoring, coaching and leadership support for a variety of churches and outreach ministries including teaching, mentoring, and aid to the homeless and orphans. In budapest in april forty leaders from three countries gathered to celebrate the organization's anniversary. The ministry partners engaged in a briefing and discuss with the board chair regarding the future of the organization. Those in attendance had the opportunity for worship, instruction, discussion, and collaboration over three days. In pecs, in march, ten leaders from two countries gathered for the annual ceo women's retreat for reflection, relaxation, and mutual encouragement. Belarus ceo provided financial support and coaching to enhance english instruction and local church support. Ukraine ceo provided mentoring and teaching at the ukrainian theological seminary in october of 2021. As the war began in february, ceo immediately began sending funds to our coordinator of ukrainian ministry based in vinnytsia. No funds were sent to luhansk, donetsk, or crimea iaw us law. The funds sent to ukraine have as of 30 june provided short term housing (1-4 night with meals) free of charge to over 8,000 internally displaced persons, over 300 persons were provided longer term housing (several weeks to indefinite term) to internally displaced persons. As of june 30, 2022, over 130,000 person's in harm's way were provided with meals, clothing, blankets, and personal items.
