“EDPMA retained the services of a management firm, MCI Inc. Management fees represent amounts paid to MCI under the terms of the agreement to provide management, back-office services, office space, equipment and other resources. Management fees totaled $706,992 for the year ended December 31, 2022. The Association's Executive Director is an employee of and was compensated by MCI.”
