“EDPMA retains the services of a management firm, Association Management Group (AMG). Management fees represent amounts paid to AMG under the terms of the agreement to provide management, back-office services, office space, equipment and other resources. Management fees totaled $324,960 for the year ended December 31, 2013. The Association's Executive Director is an employee of and was compensated by AMG.”
