“EDPMA retained the services of a management firm, MCI Inc. Management fees represent amounts paid to MCI under the terms of the agreement to provide management, back-office services, office space, equipment and other resources. Management fees totaled $733,195 for the year ended December 31, 2020. The Association's Executive Director is an employee of and was compensated by MCI.”

Management fees represent amounts paid to MCI under the terms of the agreement to provide management, back-office services, office space, equipment and other resources. Each active member shall be entitled to one vote in all EDPMA affairs that call for a vote of the membership.
