“Members elect the governing body. Accredited professional members select a designated number of the people serving on the Board of Directors. Other member categories select people to serve on the remainder of the board.”

The Executive Committee reviews and approves the comparability data and recommends the salary. Final approval is decided by the Board of Directors.
