The ata compensation committee is a subcommittee of the ata executive committee, a subcommittee of the ata board of directors. The compensation committee considers the results of these analyses when determining compensation levels of the ceo. The senior staff's compensation is compared to compensation of comparable positions in a comparator group of trade associations and reviewed by the president and ceo.”
