Membership is open to all persons who own one or more parcels of real estate in the residential subdivision. Persons who lease property in the subdivision may become members upon the receipt of a written proxy by the property owner. Persons eligible for membership become members upon payment of the annual membership dues.

Each member is entitled to one vote. In the case of joint ownership, the owners are entitled to one single vote. Only persons who were members 30 days prior to the vote will be eligible to vote. The board of directors and governing body is elected based on a majority vote. Votes are cast by written proxy.
