A director may be removed, with or without cause, upon a vote of the active-voting members in good standing at a meeting of the association's members upon either: (a) a petition signed by at least ten percent (10%) of the active-voting members in good standing; or (b) a petition endorsed by a vote of the directors at a board meeting; or (c) failure to comply with the board policy on meeting attendance. The association may be dissolved or merged by a two-thirds vote of the membership in a regular or special meeting.”
