“This organization is composed of members employed in occupations and professions, employed under the terms of a collective bargaining agreement between their employer and this local union. Associate membership is also available to any retirees, a member laid-off, placed outside of the bargaining unit or from a group of persons not presently covered under a collective labor agreement between the local union and an employer who is seeking unionism. Such associate members shall have a voice but no vote in the local union and cannot serve as an officer of the local.”
“The general members, who are in good standing, will receive ballots by first class mail along with the proper instructions for balloting and shall be mailed withing seven working days from the date of nominations. Return envelopes are supplied with the ballots and must be sent back to the election committee no less than fifteen days from the date the ballots were mailed.”

Management has analyzed the Local Union's tax positions, and has concluded that as of December 31, 2015, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition in the consolidated financial statements. The Local Union is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits in progress for any tax periods.”
