The mission of the Baltimore Ballet Company, Inc. (a non-profit ballet company affiliated with the Baltimore Ballet School, Inc.) is to enhance the cultural and artistic life of the city of Baltimore by offering a full season of professional ballet and dance performances using both professional dancers and world star guest artists (which is easily accessible and affordable to the public), also to provide a professional ballet company where dancers from Baltimore and Maryland can have an opportunity to make careers in-state, furthermore to engage in education and outreach programs to stimulate interest in ballet, classical music, and the arts in general. Baltimore Ballet strives to be a major contributor to the quality of life in Baltimore. Covid Pandemic brought everything to an unprecedented halt except for several virtual events and an Open House performance free to the public.
