Mission and Program Overview

Mission

Tcp's mission is to promote constitutional rights and values by forging a non-ideological consensus aimed at sound legal interpretations and policy solutions that respect the united states constitution.

The constitution project (tcp) creates coalitions of respected leaders from across the political spectrum in order to promote and safeguard america's founding charter. Tcp is working to reform the nation's broken criminal justice system and strengthen the rule of law through scholarship,consensus policy reforms, advocacy and public education.in addition to receiving contributions from foundations and the public, tcp receives pro bono legal services to assist with amicus briefs, policy analysis, and reports and recommendations. The amount of documented pro bono hours for the year ended december 31, 2014 was 2,425.
