Mission

See schedule o compass, inc. Believes that everyone, regardless of type or presentation of abilities can and should be supported to live fully in the community. In pursuit of this vision, it is our mission to support individuals with disabilities to realize their dreams and lead fulfilling lives as valued members of their community.

Major Activities

Activity 2
In our csla program, compass, inc. Provided in-home support to eighteen individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families to include personal care assistance, transportation, assistance with accessing health care, recreation, respite care, behavioral supports, rental assistance, benefits management, and psychological case management.
Activity 3
As an employment first agency and through our day/vocational services program, compass, inc. Provided community-based services for twenty three individuals focusing on engaging people in activities of their choosing. The program began in fiscal year 2011 and continues to experience growth.
