“Any individual, company, entity, organization, firm, corporation or partnership ("person") that holds an inventory of tickets, is actively engaged in the business of re-selling and brokering the sale and resale of tickets and whose principal place of business is located in the united states or canada that is interested in furthering the purposes of the association may be admitted as a member of the association. There shall be a class of membership available to any person who provides services or products to ticket resellers. In this regard, if the person's primary business is to serve as an electronic exchange, marketplace or aggregator that enables or facilitates the purchase and resale of tickets, as opposed to purchasing and selling its own inventory, that person would be an associate member. Any individual who shares an interest in fostering the goals of any council established by the natb shall be eligible to be admitted as an individual member of the association provided such person pays all applicable membership fees and assessments as established by the board of directors and meets criteria established by the board of directors.”
