Esfi monitors for conflicts of interest in its business relationships on a regular basis through the following process: all contracts above $25,000 must be reviewed and approved by esfi/nema's general counsel before signature. In addition, all contracts with a risk value to esfi above $25,000 must be reviewed and approved by the esfi treasurer and signed by esfi's president in accordance to esfi bylaws and anti-trust policy.
