Mission

Creo is a subsidiary of baltimore community lending, inc. Baltimore community lending, inc.'s purpose is to administer loan programs designed to revitalize neighborhoods and commercial and residential properties in baltimore city. Creo acquires and holds title to real property securing defaulted loans provided by baltimore community lending, inc. Which is prohibited from taking title to real property.

To hold title to real property securing defaulted loans made by bcl, which is prohibited from taking title to real property, by foreclosing upon or taking deeds in lieu of foreclosure upon the subject property. Creo's function is to liquidate the properties for the maximum benefit of bcl.
