The board consists of several members who are certified public accountants and lawyers who are familiar with the filing requirements of the foundation. In addition, the form 990 is also provided to two committees of the board for their review of the information. The two committees are the executive committee and the finance committee. Before filing the form 990, the executive committee will vote that it be accepted and approved for submission.”
