“2018 programs included: guardians of the kindgom: created a virtual reality documentary film on the humpback whales of the kingdom of tonga. The film presents the story of how the people of tonga protect the humpback whales who visit their waters each year to give birth to their young. Blue guardians - building climate resilience for small island developing states: this project led by earth council alliance in association with sids dock supports the development of climate resiliant water, food and energy programs for small islands who are extremely vulnerable to climate change. The project included production of the sids dock organizational video. Breadfruit economy initiative: this project focused on the islands of hawaii, indonesia and samoa in the asia-pac region. These locations have been selected as models from shich the bei can be replicated on other islands as solutions to the increasing threats from climate change to their food, water and energy security.”
