The committee also evaluates the performance of the president based on these criteria. The compensation committee makes a final decision on base salary and incentive compensation for the president and all senior executives who report directly to the president, including the executive director of the ingaa foundation. The results of the deliberations of the compensation committee are reported to the board of directors of ingaa. The results also are reviewed by the chairman of the ingaa foundation with respect to compensation for the executive director of the foundation.”
