Membership is open to any organization, professional society, association, corporation, institution, other entity or individual which is interested in and supportive of the mission of research!america - to make research for health a higher national priority. Members are approved by the board of directors.”

Compensation for the president and ceo and key employees for 2024 was reviewed and approved by the compensation committee on february 27, 2024. The committee submitted its recommendation to the board of directors, with the board approving the committee's recommendations at the march 14, 2024, board of directors meeting. Research!america's compensation committee most recently met on february 6, 2025, to review performance and compensation of the president & ceo and review compensation of key employees for 2025.”

This change reflects a more accurate classification based on the substance of the transactions.”
