Accordingly, no provision for income taxes has been made in the accompanying combined financial statements. The organization follows the income tax standard for uncertain tax positions. The organization believes there are no uncertain tax positions that need to be disclosed in the financial statements. The organization's informational tax returns are subject to review and examination by federal authorities.
