Mission

The GWSCPA Educational Foundation provides continuing technical and professional development programs for accounting and financial professionals. We support development of the profession through student scholarships for DC area accounting students. We support nonprofit staff and volunteers through a wide range of industry specific education and programs which support accountability and effectiveness of the nonprofit sector.

To provide continuing professional education to CPAs.

The Foundation now houses our scholarship fund, providing educational scholarships to students pursuing an accounting degree and eventual licensure as a CPA at District of Columbia institutions. The Foundation additionally conducts public education programs in financial literacy and sound nonprofit management.
