“Aglf has delegated the management of its daily operations to talley management group, inc. (tmg) of mt. Royal, new jersey. Tmg is a management company which manages all aspects of aglf's operations in accordance with aglf's bylaws and policies. Operations may include, but are not limited to, administration, membership, finance and accounting, convention/meeting planning, education, marketing, and information technology. Tmg employees provide these services.”

“Aglf has two classes of membership: regular members and governmental/nonprofit members. Regular members include nonpublic individuals and organizations active in the leasing and financing industry who support the purposes of aglf. Governmental/nonprofit memberss include any state, territory, possession of the united states, the district of columbia, any political subdivision of the foregoing, any department or agency of the federal government of the united states, any other governmental or quasi-governmental entity, or any other borrowing entity organized and operated for exempt purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended”

“The board of directors are elected by aglf's regular members in connection with its annual meeting.”

“Form 990 is prepared by independent public accountants and submitted to aglf's management company for initial review. The form is then submitted to the board of directors for review and discussion prior to filing.”

“Directors are required to sign a conflict of interest statement at the beginning of their terms and are reminded to disclose any conflicts of interest as they arise.”

“Aglf makes its governing documents, conflict of interest policy and financial statements available to the public upon request.”

“Aglf's board of directors is responsible for the oversight of the review and selection of an independent accountant. This process has not changed from prior years.”
