The primary goal of the Congressional Award Foundation is to promote and recognize service, initiative and achievement, in America's youth. We strive to help young people realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.Young people register for the Congressional Award program and set personally challenging goals in four program areas - Voluntary Public Service, Personal Development, Physical Fitness and Expedition/Exploration.
