In addition, the committee reviews in detail the evaluation of the president, and then recommends his/her new annual salary and his/her performance bonus. The president's salary and bonus are determined based on specific performance criteria related to revenue goals. The audit and compensation committee document this discussion and decision, as the process occurs, on an annual basis. The process described here was last completed in 2024.”
