Nuclear Fuel ChainNIRS raises awareness of the environmental impacts of nuclear fuel production, including uranium mining, milling, conversion, and enrichment, and fuel fabrication. NIRS works to connect communities and organizations affected by different stages of the nuclear fuel chain.”
