“The Treasurer reviews the Form 990 as prepared by the Foundations outside CPAs in consultation with the President, outsourced accountants, and Vice President. NPF sends the draft Form 990 to all Board members before it filed. Any comments and questions are addressed at that time. The Form 990 is filed after the President gives her final approval.”
