In the event any trustee or officer is found to have violated any of these policies or to have failed to disclose an actual or apparent conflict of interest, the board may remove that person as a trustee or officer, ask for a withdrawal of candidacy or resignation of office from the other organization, take no action, determine that no conflict exists, grant a waiver or exception, or take any other action as to the board may seem appropriate and in the best interests of the foundation. The conflict of interest form is completed annually.”
