“The executive leadership committee shall consist of the chair of the board, the vice chair(s) of the board, and select chairpersons of the standing committees and members at-large as may be appointed by the chair of the board. The committee shall be comprised of no more than six (6) members. The chair of the board shall preside at all meetings of the committee. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
