The Organization annually requires its Board Members, Officers and Key Employees to complete a written questionnaire disclosing potential conflicts of interest.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15

The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors has responsibility for hiring, evaluating and terminating the CEO. The Committee works with Human Resources to determine the CEO position's benchmark compensation range. The Committee meets at least annually to evaluate the CEO and adjust his/her salary-based compensation within the salary range. The Committee also sets annual performance goals (key result areas - KRAs) that are used to determine variable compensation for the CEO and meets in October to determine if those were met and then recommends variable compensation accordingly.
