Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

According to gaap, the organization is required to record a liability for uncertain tax positions when it is more likely than not that a loss has been incurred and the amount can be reasonably estimated. As of december 31, 2013, no such liability existed. Management will continually evaluate expiring statutes of limitations, audits, proposed settlements, changes in tax law, and new authoritative rulings.
