To maintain an organization which will promote the highest standards of professionalism, competency and camaraderie among its attorney, actuary, accountant and other members in their representation of small and closely held businesses, including health care providers and other professionals. To provide for an interchange among the members, on a confidential basis, of planning ideas, experiences and knowledge by participation in annual and regional meetings, the publication of newsletters and other member communications. To educate legislators and government officials in matters relating to taxation, employee benefits and health care, through the work of its members and its support of the small business council of america.
