To provide safe, habitable housing for families with low to moderate incomes, including homeless families, and to develop mixed income housing to help low income families in the transition to self-sufficiency while providing comprehensive supportive services.

Requires that every employee protects company information and avoids outside activities or relationships which do or could adversely influence decisions or actions on the job. Employees shall sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure against conflict of interest, to protect the privacy of those we serve, and to maintain high standards of honesty, integrity, and conduct within the corporation. Examples of conflict of interest could be serving as a board member or director of a competing firm, holding financial interest in a competing organization or being self employed, or involved with supplier companies or distribution outlets related to company business.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization follows accounting for uncertainty in income taxes which requires them to determine whether a tax postion (and the related tax benefit) is more likely than not to be sustained upon examination by the applicable taxing authority, based solely on the technical merits of the position. The tax benefit to be recognized is measured as the largest amount of benefit that is greater than fifty percent likely of being realized upon settlement, presuming that the tax position is examined by the appropriate taxing authority that has full knowledge of all relevant infomration. During the year ended december 31, 2024 the organizations management evaulated its tax positions to determine the existence of uncertainties, and did not note any matters that would require recognition or which may have an affect on its tax-exempt status.
