PART X, LINE 2:

The following nonprofit corporations are tax exempt under internal revenue code section 501(c)(3) and are formed exclusively for educational and charitable purposes: - action inc. Coordinates and delivers community services to the youth, low income, and elderly persons in district xii. District xii includes beaverhead, deer lodge, granite, madison, powell, and silver bow counties in montana. - continental gardens provides a 60 unit senior housing complex for low income people in the butte, montana community who need additional assistance to allow independent living. - shermont manor develops, maintains, and operates subsidized housing complexes for the low income elderly citizens of the community of sheridan and low ncome citizens of ennis and deer lodge, montana. - hesi is a for profit corporation subject to income taxes. Income tax expense was immaterial as of september 30, 2024 and no liability was accrued.
