It is important to ensure that appropriate measures are in place to manage any conflicts of interest that may arise from their marital relationship to maintain the integrity of the organizations decision-making processes. Regular reviews and disclosures can help mitigate any concerns and uphold the organizations commitment to ethical conduct and accountability.”

“In 2024 our standard practice of approving minutes from the prior board meeting at the subsequent session was disrupted due to unrecorded minutes. Additionally governance determinations conveyed through email were not promptly documented. To enhance efficiency and accountability we are enlarging our board of directors to distribute organizational responsibilities among more individuals ensuring effective oversight and preventing oversights like these from occurring in the future.”
